You received the wrong item

Your order was lost in transit

The item is unused and in original condition


❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Used or worn items

Items damaged due to misuse

Items returned after 15 days

(Digital products and gift cards are non-refundable.)


 Refunds

Once your return is approved:

Refunds are processed to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

If a return is not required, we may issue a full or partial refund directly.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover the cost

If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping
